Whole Body Vibration (WBR) Introduction

We believe there is considerable evidence on the value of whole body vibration (WBR) for muscle tone, balance, bone and gland health.

We will include informative articles as the research becomes available.  However, many would like to know our bottom line and recommendation.  They are:  “We like it”, and:

Best Buy

We did considerable research on different WBV products available.  The problem is that they can range from several hundred dollars to over $10,000, pivotal or vertical, and accomplish slightly different goals.  In brief, we believe it is best to start with the Pro-From Activator V7.  It has the best combination of entry level features for a person to find out if they will actually use the machines without breaking the budget.

Even better, you can order it from Costco, currently only $399 – with all the guarantees and return ability (we don’t make anything on this).

(One tip:   The lift height of the platform on this is about 11 mm.  We think 4-7 mm is a better lift height for safety and health effects.  Therefore, we recommend putting a thin rubber mat, a piece of carpet or using tennis shoes to absorb some the lift height.)

Vibrational frequencies are the proposed basis […]

WBR Exercise and Guidelines

Some people have the impression that a WBR machine takes all the work out of exercise.  Actually, you have to still do some exercises, a WBR machine will just increase the efficiency of the exercises.  In addition, it will also improve other health aspects that normal exercise doesn’t do as well.  First, let’s review […]
