Clinical Studies of Chronic Fatigue

(These are clinical studies topically related to our research here.  We prefer to base our nutritional products on clinical studies more than testimonies as we believe science will back up real natural answers.

Some studies are listed at the end of particular articles. More can be found under the general topics of Monolaurin, Biofilm Enzymes, Essential Oils, etc.).  Many experts think CFS may have several causes.  However, Lyme disease and Epstein Barr are the two biggest, followed by heavy metal toxins and several other suspects.  These references show the broad protection and defense monolaurin offers.

Monolaurin …was tested for in vitro virucidal activity against 14 human RNA and DNA enveloped viruses (including Epstein Barr) in cell culture.  At concentrations of 1% additive in the reaction mixture for 1 h at 23°C, all viruses were reduced in infectivity by >99.9%.  Monolaurin was the most effective virucidal agent in that it removed all measurable infectivity from all of the viruses tested. The compounds acted similarly on all the viruses and reduced infectivity by disintegrating the virus envelope.
