Inflammation – Increase Your Odds Against It

September 28, 2016

Inflammation is a healthy immune response to injury, illness, or infection. However, when healing is complete,  the inflammation should go away! When it doesn’t, it becomes “chronic inflammation” and can start destroying good cells in your joint linings, arteries, organs and other body parts. As inflammation slowly breaks down tissue, it can become a root cause of many diseases and can do a lot of harm over the years. People start to feel joint aches, muscle tenderness, swelling, etc., and often attribute this to aging, thinking these diseases just “happen”.

It makes sense – and more doctors and researchers agree – to extinguish excessive long-term inflammation. By doing so, you can keep your joints flexible, ache-free and your organs in better overall health. Lifestyle changes such as curbing excessive drinking and cutting back on sugar is a good start. Adding “cooling” foods (things like yogurt, fish, and leafy green vegetables) is another. Reducing stress, getting enough sleep and exercise will put you on the right road, as well. NSAID drugs are often enlisted but with them come a long list of side effects.

Herbs and nutrients have been shown to lower inflammation quickly and naturally and are also much safer and kinder to your body. Our formula to lower inflammation levels contains popular herbs like turmeric, ginger root extract, Boswellia, Bromelain and White Willow Bark Extract as well as our proprietary blend consisting of Berberine, Celery Seed, Green Tea Leaf, Quercetin and Rosemary Extract. Find it here.
