2 Steps to Cardiovascular Health
Step 1. Artery Plaque Reduction
– To help dissolve and remove arterial plaque
Step 2. High Cholesterol Formula
– To help normalize cholesterol balance
1. Artery Plaque Reduction
Most arterial health problems involve two concerns: arterial plaque buildup and unhealthy cholesterol levels. Although they are related, the solutions to each problem are separate! Here, we discuss artery plaque (the Cholesterol Protocol link is below).
The arteries expand and contract every time the heart beats. Sometimes, little tears can happen in the lining. The body wants to repair these with a tough, flexible fiber called, collagen. If the body doesn’t have what it needs to make enough collagen, it sends an emergency signal to the liver to produce sticky forms of cholesterol, LDL and Lp(a), to “patch” the damage. (To the body, artery plaque is better than bleeding to death).
Other things, including a protein fiber called ‘fibrin’ can join this sticky area. This produces the dangerous artery plaque buildup that can block blood flow and, of course, cause serious problems.
Dissolve the Artery Plaque! (Easier said than done – but possible!)
Most products focus on chelation (“to grab hold of”). It is a part of the picture but other steps are required for chelation to actually be effective. In fact, there are 3 steps we use to get real results:
1. Remove the “rebar” – (the protein fibrin that helps hold things together). These are natural fibers in our body that help patch cuts, etc. When they come into contact with the sticky cholesterol, they are captured and become part of a fibrous network that helps hold the plaque together (like rebar in concrete).
2. Lower the liquidity threshold. In order for chelation to be effective, the plaque has to be loosened up.
3. Chelation nutrients – can now do their job and begin removing molecules of the plaque.
We have found that the most effective artery plaque removal required a blend of several natural ingredients. They each play a part to help loosen, dissolve and remove arterial plaque out of the arteries! It is based on abundant clinical research and is the best combination of nutrients available.

“Shocked the (heck) out of me. I had low blood pressure and was pretty active. Then, my cardiologist told me I had about a 70% blockage in some of my arteries. I decided to try the natural route first and took 4 containers of the Artery Clear. 5 months later, at a follow-up visit, he said that although it was hard to estimate, he thought my blockage was down about 25%.
Although my doubtful doctor thought something might be wrong with the pictures, I decided to wait on another test (wasn’t sure insurance would cover it). I’ll do another 3 containers and then see if insurance pays for another test. Sure will be curious what he thinks if the blockage is ever lower.” – Dan B. Columbus, OH

Artery Plaque Nutrients:
These are the nutrients that we have found to best work with each other to help remove artery plaque.
Serrapeptase (70,080 SPU) Serrapeptase is a rising star in the enzyme world. Hans Nieper, a German doctor known for his treatment of atherosclerosis, named serrapeptase a "miracle enzyme" after using ultrasound to measure its abilities. Grapefruit Pectin (1,000 mg) Diet plans have well known and said for decades that fiber is able to help reduce cholesterol absorption and production. When combined with a fiber like grapefruit, the bile (holding cholesterol) is unable to be re-absorbed and is removed with the stool. Then, Dr. James J. Cerda, of the University of Florida Medical College, designed tests showing it to be even better than nutritionists ever thought! It is not surprising that we would want to include it in our plaque reducing formula! Lecithin (900 mg) This is a key nutrient because lecithin is a lipid fat that can emulsify in water! This is important because this helps fats dissolve in water making it easier for them to be removed from the body. (This may also be why the lecithin fat portion of the good HDLs has almost twice as much lecithin as LDLs.) Guar Gum (400 mg) Guar gum was included in the clinical studies above. It supports grapefruit pectin and increases the antioxidants thereby decreasing oxidative stress. Garlic Extract (225 mg) What is there not good to say about garlic (other than the social demerits)? Even the UCLA Medical Center confirmed the power of garlic extracts in addition to all the other good things garlic does. (It is denatured and so we even include it in our Multi-Nutrient formula.) L-Lysine (200 mg) L-lysine is a lipotrophic, which means that it has a high affinity for fats – especially lipid fats! Lysine also works together well with L-Proline in supporting the body’s efforts.
Additional Proprietary Booster: (450 mg) Alpha Liporic Acid ALA is well known as an important nutrient the body uses for health and repair of the arteries – as everything else accomplishes their jobs. L-Proline Proline is a precursor to hydroxyproline, which is essential in collagen production, and is included here because of its action with Lysine. Pantethine Pantethine is the powerful biologically active form of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – which makes it a powerful partner to the other nutrients. Pantethine has been an approved pharmaceutical for 30 years in Japan - however, it is expensive so most formulas don’t include it. Choline Choline is an emulsifier that works as a team with lecithin and is also the prime ingredient of phosphatidylcholine. Vitamin C and Rutin are included to help support all the other nutrients. Vitamin C, in particular, has had great support from Dr. Willis, at Queen Mary Veterans' and St. Anne's Hospitals. • (EDTA) - EDTA has had a long history of effectiveness at removing lead and has a lot of publicity for artery plaque. However, most studies are for intravenous injection, not oral ingestion (it is very poorly absorbed). We have opted to use other, more effective nutrients.
Is This a Cure?
No one can legitimately make a ‘cure’ claim for artery plaque since no one is ever 100% free from artery plaque. Nor is there any set level that is then considered a disease. It is more a matter of how much is in a particular location that becomes dangerous.
Unfortunately, this means that no one can be sure they are completely free or ‘cured’ of plaque. Fortunately, we can help dissolve and reduce plaque to help reduce the problems it can cause – and people are very happy about that!
It takes decades to build up artery plaque, it takes several months to remove it. Some buildup of plaque is normal in all people from childhood on. It is when years have gone by without proper attention to it that excessive plaque buildup can become dangerous. Here are the recommended steps to remove arterial plaque.
Protocol to Reduce Arterial Plaque Buildup.
When you find a product from the search below, having most of the nutrients above, you can adjust the amount you use according to the urgency of the situation.
Severe/Urgent Situations: If the buildup is severe we would recommend taking 4-5 capsules at a time, with or without food, in order to have enough of each nutrient for them to work together well. You could do this a couple times a day if desired. (At night, before bed, is the single best time.)
People will usually take 3 containers and then take a month break. (People reporting back from MRIs have reported about a 25% reduction.)
Many then take an additional round of 3 containers. Fewer have reported back but the average reduction is a little less, about 20%. However, this adds up to a significant reduction! (There haven’t been enough reports back after 3 rounds of 3 containers to give a reasonable estimate of reduction.)
Maintenance: For a general, preventative “clean-out”, people will use 3+ containers the first year, as desired. Days can be skipped, just go through the number of containers desired before the end of the year. Yearly “tune-up” maintenance is usually 1-2 containers a year. Again, days can be skipped, just go through the container in the year’s time.
(The artery nutrients can be taken at the same time as the cholesterol nutrients as they do two separate things.)
