Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
– It’s Simple! –
Kills Suspected Causes of CFS – Including:
– Lyme Disease Borrelia
– Herpes & Epstein-Barr Virus
(Research shows a strong connection with CFS and Lyme disease or Herpes)
Our 3-Step Answer for CFS is Highly Effective!
Step 1: Monolaurin (essential)
– Kills bacteria, including Lyme disease and 14 virus families, including Herpes.
Step 2: Biofilm Enzymes (essential)
– Dissolves protective biofilm shields and cysts.
Step 3: Mind and Memory (not essential, helpful for many)
– Removes ‘brain fog’ and depression, by restoring mental abilities.
(CFS is hard to diagnose and treat because doctors still do not know what causes it. Lately, research has made a strong connection between CFS and Lyme disease borrelia in particular and, possibility, Herpes. Many now believe Lyme disease and CFS are the same thing and the Lyme disease causes the chronic fatigue.
Our experience agrees. According to customer reports we are receiving back, treating CFS like Lyme disease has been successful about 80% of the time (we are at 43,000 people). The 80% success does indicate there may also be additional causes – but we are happy to be at least that high.)
Step 1: Monolaurin – (essential)
Monolaruin is what actually kills the Lyme bacteria and Herpes Virus! Monolaurin is in the mother’s milk of all mammals, including humans, for a reason. Literally, hundreds of clinical studies have shown Monolaurin kills all pathogen (bad bacteria) it has been tested on – including the antibiotic resistant Lyme disease and even MRSA Staph bacteria.
How Does Monolaurin Do It?
All pathogen (bad) bacteria, 14 virus families (incl. herpes) and, most importantly, Lyme borrelia burgdorferi have membranes (envelope or skin). These membranes have lipid fat molecules in them (good bacteria does not). Monolaurin happens to a similar size molecule and easily absorbs into these membranes.
1. Quickly interrupts the bacteria’s reproduction signals (so it won’t continue to multiply).
2. Weakens the membranes and, when enough monolaurin is absorbed, the membranes rupture and it dies!
3. It does all this without harming good bacteria (good bacteria have different membranes).
The dead bacteria and toxins are eliminated from the body by the liver, kidneys and skin. Your body regains its normal energy and it’s a happy situation for everyone – except for the bacteria!
Studies show Monolaurin kills spirochetes and co-infections like babesiosis, etc. As a bonus, monolaurin also kills most influenza (preventing the flu is monolaurin’s most common usage) because those viruses also have lipid fats in their membranes.
Monolaurin, itself, does not have any known drug interactions (based on hundreds of studies), side effects or allergic reactions. Keep in mind, Monolaurin is in highest natural concentration in nature in mother’s milk to protect infants. Nature seems to know to be careful with infants. The only thing we watch for is killing the bacteria too quickly (more on that later).
Many people have spent tens of thousands of $$$ on other treatments – without results! We recommend using monolaurin in the better and less expensive concentrated pellet form. If so, this Lyme protocol is usually about $350 total for the active form (and you can start with less). The Maintenance prevention is about $100 a year. So, monolaurin is inexpensive, natural, backed by hundreds of clinical studies, covers a wide arena and is not known to interfere with any other treatment. How can a person go wrong?

Step 2: Biofilm Enzymes – (also essential – if it is Lyme’s disease.)
Biofilms and Cysts:
Exciting research has discovered why Lyme disease resists antibiotics! When Lyme disease bacteria are attacked, they are able to defend themselves by building protective shields called biofilms and cysts! They build a “mucus” screen around themselves and hold it together (like re-bar) with a protein fiber called fibrin.
It can actually become quite a complicated structure (search “Lyme biofilm pictures”). Antibiotics, Monolaurin and the immune system defenses can kill some free roaming bacteria but can’t penetrate these shields to get to the bacteria behind them.
Once biofilms are built, an antibiotic will only have limited success and then stall out. When the antibiotic is removed, the bacteria behind the biofilms spreads out – and has even been triggered to build even more protective shields!
To add insult to injury – the Lyme bacteria can mutate behind the biofilms. If exposed to the same antibiotic again, it is often resistant to it, a new antibiotics has to be used. The good news is that nothing (including Lyme disease) has ever become resistant to Monolaurin! So, how do we get Monolaurin into contact with all the bacteria?
The Proteolytic Enzyme Answer…
If we are going to be effective with Lyme disease, we have to dissolve these biofilms. We found, out of several thousand enzymes, nine worked together wonderfully to dissolve the particular proteins in fibrin. In doing so, they dissolve the biofilm shields and cysts so Monolaurin can get to the bacteria behind them faster and more completely.
These proteolytic enzymes (with clinical studies backing each enzyme on this site) include:
Serrapeptase – Nattokinase – Bromelain
Grapefruit Seed Extract – Papain
Boswelic Acid – NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine)
Amylase – Glucoamylase
Adding these enzymes is an essential step for anyone with Lyme disease. It is important to use a supplement that has as many of these enzymes above as possible and our search below will help.

I’m a holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of experience using herbs, homeopathy, vitamins, flower remedies, etc. I’ve helped many people over the years- but could not seem to help MYSELF. I’ve suffered with chronic fatigue syndrome which seemed to be caused by a chronic virus. Constant sore throat, sinus pain, swollen glands, extreme fatigue and brain fog…I used every possible antimicrobial herb I know of (Olive Leaf, Goldenseal, Echinacea, Elderberry, Oil of Oregano to name a few, also Colloidal Silver). Nothing helped much.
I’ve slowly worked up to 3 full scoops of Monolaurin a day and can’t believe the results…I haven’t felt this good in YEARS! So thankful I tried it and will NOT be without it now! If you have issues with CFS you really should get on this! Marcie Johnston (Worcester, MA USA)
Step 3: Mind and Memory – (helpful but not essential)
We have several protocols on this site, including Lyme disease. They are very effective but can involve 6-8 months, or more, for full results. Some illnesses often cause mental fatigue so “brain fog” (a lack of mental energy and focus) and depression can set in.
We have found nutrients for the brain can help give you a much-needed mental and moral boost. People feel:
* They are "getting on top of it" quicker, * Have better thinking ability, * More energy, and less discouragement, * Are greatly encouraged in staying with the protocol to get results!
The Essential “4 Brain Chemicals”
Dopamine – ALC – Serotonin – GABA
The brain uses these natural brain chemicals to help the neurons fire to control and balance your moods. They improve memory, reduce stress and help restore control of your life back to you!
Nutrients that are very helpful in helping your brain produce these brain chemicals include:
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Mucuna Pruriens, Dl-phenylalanine, L-theanine, Rhodiola Rosea Vinpocetine, Citicoline, Huperzine-A, 5-HTP.
Our Mind and Memory Blend search will help you look for a source with as many as these nutrients as possible.

Note: Is this a Cure?
No one can make a claim for a CFS “cure” since no one is sure of the cause. Even with Lyme disease, there is no current test that can tell people whether there is any Lyme bacteria remaining inside cells, meaning that no one can be sure they are 100% free or ‘cured’.
The bottom line is do you have your strength and life back? Fortunately, the majority of people do are not experiencing re-occurrences (with the ‘Maintenance’). People are very happy with those results and getting back on top of life!)
• Directions: It is hard for us to not get too excited. We know we have the best, most complete natural protocol answer for CFS and Lyme disease but, how do we give the facts without appearing to brag? Simple - just get people healthy! If you decide to use this protocol, here are:
Possible Complications – and Answers: Over the years we have been able to find answers to some possible problems that can come up with some people that limits their results.
Dogs with Lyme disease: (monolaurin pellets work well for dogs and other mammals that will swallow the pellets. Simply adjust for weight (a 30# dog is about 1/6 of an adult, so 1/6 the dosage of about 80 pellets in a scoop is 13 pellets.
The “Maintenance” Protocol
Once you have gotten rid of the “active” form of Lyme disease that causes most of the problems, there is one final difficulty with Lyme disease – Keeping It Gone! For this, and other helpful nutrients, go to:
