1. “Dia-Amazing” Nutritional Supplement
This is the most advanced diabetes supplement made. It is often enough just by itself in mild cases. It contains 14+ nutrients to help your body reduce insulin resistance and restore normal insulin function and blood glucose levels.
2. The “Foundation”
The hidden diabetes killer that many people miss, is the loss of essential nutrients from excessive urination as the kidneys try to reduce high sugar levels. The loss of essential nutrients can cause many of the diabetic body complications. We replace these nutrients with the Foundation – a potent, antioxidant-rich, daily multivitamin, mineral and nutrient blend.
3. Diet and Exercise Help
These are usually needed in moderate to advanced cases. There are no magic wands here – but there are some achievable solutions.
First, the rise of delicious special meals delivered to your home has been an exciting answer for many people. Surprisingly, many people actually spend less with these meal services!
Second, in all cases of diabetes, the value of exercise has to be emphasized. The good news is, with the other steps we offer, the exercise may not need to be anything more than a walk or two a day or some other simple exercise.
Step 1. “Dia-Amazing” Supplement
How Does Insulin Work?
When our body has high blood sugar glucose levels, the pancreas responds by producing insulin. Insulin molecules bind to the insulin receptors on the cell walls. They send chemical signals and tiny molecular “gates” open up in the cells and allow the glucose molecules to enter the cells to provide energy. Type 2 diabetes is the condition when there is a “short circuit” in this insulin process.
Possible short circuit #1. When blood glucose remains high, the pancreas tries to make more insulin but can become overworked and actually starts making less insulin. This becomes a serious problem when the pancreas starts producing inadequate amounts of insulin – or even stops altogether!
Possible short circuit #2. The other short circuit can happen at the insulin receptor sites on the cells. If the insulin signals stop working, the cell gates simply won’t open up and let glucose in – no matter how much insulin is knocking at the door! This is known as insulin resistance or insensitivity.
Does Nature Have An Answer?
Our answer is a resounding “YES”! For milder conditions, the Dia-Amazing supplement is so effective that it is often enough by its self. The best explanation of how it works might be to briefly describe what the major ingredients do.
Berberine – (Drug companies want to keep this secret.) Several clinical studies are saying berberine has “identical effect(s) in the regulation of glucose metabolism” as some of the major diabetic drugs! It does this by activating an enzyme called AMPK that actually does the work – without all the side effects! (We even added milk thistle to help the body absorb berberine better.)
Banaba Leaf Extract – (not banana) has corosolic acid that many studies are showing incredible results by safely lowering blood sugar levels! It stimulates glucose intake, helping lower blood sugar 10-15% within 1 hour. By helping correct leptin, blood sugar and insulin levels, it also helps you control food cravings! (Many of us could use that.)
Bitter Melon – has a long history as a hypoglycemic agent (in both type 1 and type 2 diabetes). Reductions in blood sugar start in 30 minutes – with the greatest reduction (about 20%) at 4 hours and lasting as long as 12 hours. (Bonus: with the other ingredients we use, it is not needed in the unsafe larger amounts an individual dosage would have.)
Cinnamon – was once more precious than gold to ancient Egyptians. The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture found cinnamon was far more effective than 49 other extracts it tested in doing insulin’s job. It has MHCP and the polyphenols, rutin, catechin, and quercetin having insulin-like activity in lowering blood glucose levels and cholesterol.
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract – Used in India for thousands of years, it is called the “destroyer of sugar”. Now science is showing its qualities in reducing blood sugar, cholesterol, and fat– a great natural addition!
Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) – called the “universal antioxidant” because it works in both fat and water-soluble tissues. It plays a vital role changing glucose into ATP for cellular energy production. It has been used in Europe for 30 years because it enhances insulin-stimulated glucose disposal. It also works with ALC (below) to treat diabetes-related neuropathy pain and reduce late diabetic complications without side effects.
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) – is a natural nutrient that helps transport fatty acids into cells so the mitochondria can convert more of the fat into energy – This is a big plus because chronic diabetes also causes a loss of energy-converting mitochondria.
Added with ALA (above), it is also effective in alleviating DPN pain and improving nerve fiber regeneration from late complication DPN.
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) – helps produce glutathione and reduce oxidation along with inflammation. This helps reduce some of the causes of insulin resistance.
Bilberry – has the good anthocyanin content 4x higher than the rest of its berry family. It has been used for centuries for diabetes and was a no-brainer adding it to our formula.

Step 2. The “Foundation”
Many people don’t know it but what really kills in diabetes is starvation – the chronic loss of essential nutrients from our body by increased urination! (The Greek for diabetes means, “to pass through” and “sweet or honey” – ie: urinating the sugar out.)
The problem occurs when increased urination also eliminates magnesium, zinc, B12, B6, folic acid, and many other nutrients. Drinking water doesn’t replace these water-soluble nutrients. They need to be replenished – and in large amounts – to prevent damage from chronic nutritional deficiencies.
Our Foundation multi-nutrient contains 65+ nutrients, in substantial amounts, to help give your body what it needs. We’ve taken the extra time to design a multi-nutrient supplement that covers the bases so you don’t need 20 different nutrient containers. This is very important for moderate and advanced diabetes. (More Foundation Information.)
Step 3. Diet and Weight Loss Help
There is no getting around discussing diet and exercise being involved in conquering diabetes. Our supplements above are fantastic for faster control of the situation but the long term solution should also involve good food habits and smart exercise.
Many people are surprised to see the skyrocketing popularity of home meal delivery companies. However, we have sampled several and even my wife (a very good cook) was surprised and pleased by the flavors and ease of preparation. They are a whole different world from the old “TV dinners”.
Our biggest surprise was how the price was comparable to our own food costs! When we added up our shopping costs, gas and food waste, it was very close. The time factor put it over the top. We are busy enough to value our time and this radically reduced both shopping and cooking time.
More importantly, it could be a great solution to gain control over food habits. This option won’t be for everyone but for those interested, we looked at 70 companies and over 12,000 reviews to find the best. We also arranged a discount for those interested. You can go … Here for More Information.
We are not fitness fanatics but not opposed to those who enjoy it. Fortunately, for diabetes, getting the exercise you need is not too complicated or hard. Walking, light resistance work and other activities can help lower blood sugar and burn calories.
The easiest exercise that can be enjoyable and reduce stress is simply a brief walk or two each day. Another easy way is to get a few light hand weights and do a few exercises around the home. In both cases, the goal is to be active 15-20 minutes a time or two a day.
One of the best forms of all around exercise, especially for those challenged to lose weight, is any activity in a pool. Moving in water is easy on joints, works multiple muscle groups and you can go at your own speed. Many community pools have fun classes and open swim times. They can be enjoyable because everyone has the same goal in getting healthier.
